Assistance Now is offering a wearable pendant that is simple to use, just wear it like around your neck like a necklace. If you fall or have an emergency that requires assistance, simply press the large centered button on the pendant and it will alert the people on your contact list.

Through innovative patented software and mobile application technology, seniors can now live a dignified life.

Family Monitoring:

Family can safely and easily monitor their loved one by receiving the calls and alerts if there is an emergency. Unlimited use of app for family and first responders. You will enter your phone number and information into the emergency responder screen when setting up your new watch. Family members will download the Assistance Now app from the app store (Apple or Android) and will have complete visibility to your loved ones dashboard which includes heart rate, fall information, whereabouts and ability to talk to them.

Professional Monitoring:

Our professional emergency response team monitors your loved one 24/7 with complete visibility to their vitals and possible emergencies (such as a fall) and will communicate directly over the watch with your loved one if anything may be wrong.

Once an emergency call is received our will triage accordingly. Family members will download the Assistance Now app from the app store (Apple or Android) and will have complete visibility to your loved ones dashboard which includes heart rate, fall information, whereabouts and ability to talk to them.

Optional Care Visits:

An Assistance Now Rep will work with you to choose the right caregiver and set up the final schedule.

With Assistance Now’s personal care program, you or your loved one can have a care professional come out to your home and provide personal assistance such as meal preparation, doctor visits, errands, projects, bathing and general care assistance. This program is for someone that needs some help just once per week or up to 7 days per week. The personal caregiver is there to assist Mom or Dad with anything they need relative to activities of daily living. (more details below)

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]The “Little Guardian” is a device in the shape of a drop designed to provide security and tranquility both to its user and to the people who constantly monitor it from their mobile phones.

The device has an SOS help request button and allows its user to establish a direct communication of mobile telephony in urgent situations or in cases of emergency. With the GPS system it is possible to position the geographical location of the “Little Guardian”.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]The “Little Guardian” allows you to be in contact with relatives as parents, children or spouses; caregivers or supervisors of people or sensitive processes; school teachers; and to alert in pressing situations. Start phone calls sequentially up to 3 predefined numbers.
Automatically accept incoming calls.
Start an assistance alert and telephone call by pressing the SOS button.

Family members, guardians, supervisors and others can monitor the device through an application that is downloaded to mobile phones, either with Android or iOS technology.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]With the application you can configure options for the device, such as:

Receive various notifications, including:

  • Entry or exit of established geographic areas (“geofences”)
  • Alert for having pressed the SOS button
  • Low battery
  • Lack of reception of the device
  • Pressing the SOS button automatically initiates phone calls from the Small Guardian sequentially, up to 3 predefined numbers with the mobile phone application
  • Authorization to receive incoming phone calls to the Small Guardian
  • Geographical location of the Little Guardian on a map
  • History of registered geographical positions by date and time
  • Define “geofences” where the device should be, or not be; even on days of the week and certain times and to receive alerts about it.
  • Help with GPS system to direct a vehicle to the site where the device is located.
